“a dream of form” is the debut CD release from Hong Kong based award winning saxophonist Scott Murphy. The unique musical landscape created on this album of original music features Los Angeles bass star Janek Gwizdala, Hong Kong local keyboard sensation Daniel Chu and Asia’s top drummer Padget ‘Fresh’ Nanton.
Since moving to Hong Kong Scott has performed/recorded with the likes of RubberBand, Hins Cheung and George Lam in the pop world while also worked with jazz greats such as John Stowell, Kendrick Scott and Will Vinson from the genre of jazz.
This CD showcases one single energised night of recording in Hong Kong’s legendary “Avon” studios and captures four world class musicians in a one time only occurrence; this CD is unique, vital and unlike anything else in Hong Kong

《a dream of form》是香港獲獎Saxophonist Scott Murphy 發行的首張 CD。這張原創音樂專輯創造了獨特的音樂景觀，包括洛杉磯Bass Star Janek Gwizdala、香港本地keyboard sensation Daniel Chu和亞洲頂級鼓手Padget ‘Fresh’ Nanton。
Scott搬到香港後， 與流行音樂界的RubberBand、張敬軒和林子祥等人一同表演及錄音，同時還與爵士樂的John Stowell, Kendrick Scott and Will Vinson等爵士巨星合作。
